Keep stock right across locations

Transfers, adjustments and the stock report.

  1. Move stock between locations

    Use Stock Transfers → Add to send goods from one store or warehouse to another.

  2. Correct the count

    Use Stock Adjustment to record damaged, lost or expired items so the count stays true.

  3. Set alert levels

    Edit a product and set its alert quantity. It appears on the dashboard when stock falls to that level.

  4. Check the stock report

    Reports → Stock Report shows what you have at each location and what it is worth.
